He is saying all i need is some more stickers and a big muffler and ill be faster than anybody.It is so much fun pulling up next to one of these guys and giving them a demonstration of what a real car can do.Im not breaking the law mind you ,.....that would be wrong.Tee Hee

I would be interested in seeing the exhaust. I know there is some reason I can't find a garbage can for my bathroom anymore.

He is saying "Nobody knows. It shouldn't be known." The caption at the bottom of the picture isn't directly translatable but is something like "Really neat" or "Its smart". I guess you must know the culture to understand it. The car appears to be a Diahtsu Charade. I rented one while I was working in Taiwan. The same model is in Japan, 3 cylinders, about 1100cc. A DeTomaso version of the car was available. All it had was an obnoxious paint job.

This is an original Daihatsu Charade DeTomaso.
DeTomaso sold his name in Japan to Daihatsu in a jointventure with Innocenti.
