Attended the Italian Car Cruise in central N.Y. yesterday - what a blast! We had 24 cars attend, ranging from a '52 Alfa coupe to Ferrarri's, a Lambo, a '70 Goose (you know the one, it's in the POCA callender), my '74 Pantera, plus various Fiats & Alfa Romeos. 100 miles of scenic country back roads, on a beautiful sunny autumn morning. Granted, we got a late start, so we had to "make some time" in order to get to the lakeside resturant in time for lunch, so I wasn't able to look away from the road too much! A great bunch of people, beautiful cars, beautiful scenery, great food, what more can one ask for! If you're anywhere near Syracuse, N.Y. next autumn, it's a "must do"! It will be held on the last Sunday in September, so mark it on your callender. Contact me (stosh17@citlink.net) if you want any contact info. Or check out www.apollo19.com/italiancruise for pictures, etc. I imagine that Cal (the event's organizer) will be posting this years pictures sometime this week. See you there next year!
Paul (still grinnin')
