After weeks of freakin’ rain every single day, we finally had a break of sun. Our hardcore group were the only ones up and awake this early, so with the Italian Festivals in full swing, the three amigos decided to grab and early latte.

We visited two distinct sections of Montreal’s Italian community. First we hit the St-Leonard area where we met a bunch of owners of really nice Fiat 500s. These 900 lb cars are pretty cool. One of them has a 175 HP motorcycle engine in it – hmmm… that would be the same HP to WT ratio as our 500+ HP cats. Good thing they all stayed parked.

The we passed by the homes of some other owners and tried to wake them with a little Pantera thunder, but apparently they had succumbed to some late Friday night partying (that means they were simply too lazy to get their cats into the sunshine).

So we cruised to the St-Laurent area of Little Italy.

Check out a short piece of video on the way there.

It was still early when we arrived, so we enjoyed a quiet café away from the rowdy F car crowd. Carmen and his son own the yellow beast and Gaetano the red GT4.
