For those who are not familiar with the Arabic numerical system, the numbers on the bottom right of the license plate say... "212313".

Serious question though... What does the script to the right of the license plate say?

Its interesting in that appears to use the same font style as the "Longchamp".

Standard Longchamp scripts are 'detomaso' on the left and 'Longchamp' on the right so it has been modified. Wonder if it is a dealer script? Resolution is low quality, but maybe 'speed' as the last portion?

Honestly, the last part looks like "Impact" to me, but it's probably "Payton Lincoln-Mercury" in Arabic.
