well just had two small fires using propane and putty knife, tried the small repair beadblaster, this work great but way to small, gotta get a bigger one, bigger one is the ticket when it wants to work correctly(frustrating as all hell)if we'd shake the tank while blasting it did absolutly fine, stop shaking the tank she'd quit,(g.d.i.)so we walked away from it for now or it would end up getting beat with a hammer,so we put an air cond.in the garage what a world of no more humidity (super) differance,we have to put up more lites and cut windows in the garage doors, but very well worth it,no more humidity, wow is that nice.put the engine on a engine stand, gonna start cleaning that soon.were the top shock support was rusted out we cut that all out and bent a pc.of 1/4 steel to weld in behind for support(used my brother pick up to get the right bend in the 1/4 plate,(ssshhh)he just called he cut the hole in for the cammer bar bracket so will need to weld that in and then cover it with factory gauge skin,we have some other idea's to better strengthen the supports for the rest which no one will see once we cover it with the factory size skin, the gas tank is ready 200 bucks to coat the inside and the out side, and place the pung on the bottom of tank, and close off the top hole.tomorrow will take my air compresser in to have repaired(much bigger)and take the bead blaster in to find out whats wrong with the damn thing.get that blaster working will really go to town on getting things done, all the engine needs is detailing.things have kinda bogged down, but its do to equipment not working correctly, but thats to be expected.thanks guys, les.
