Car is a '71, not a '72.
Some rust and body cracking.
Car has a -2 ZF.
ZF side mounts were added.
A power radio antenna appears to be mounted in the engine bay, left side.
CB antenna mount at right rear (between deck lid and body).
Right deck lid strut leaking. Note vice grips.
Battery smaller than original. Note wood blocks used as spacers.
Paint code decal missing.

In 1975 I drove 2 hours to look at a “green” Pantera. I was expecting a “Hunter Green”.
When farmer Brown opened the barn doors I was greatly surprised. I did not even know that this shade of green existed. At the time I could not get warm and fuzzy with what was actually a very nice car. Today I love the color as it is so period correct.

Strangely, a year later I purchased a 74 X-19 as a daily driver in just this color of green.

You're not alone. A lot of people still don't know that this is an original color. As I posted in another thread, this color (Lime) was only available on the 1971 cars. According to my Marti report, only 87 (of the 1971) cars were painted this color.

The first Pantera that I ever saw was this color. I saw it in late '71, and in Jan, '72, I owned one.
