Longchamp aftermarket mirrors

The rejuvenation of my Longchamp is nearing the end, driveline, suspension, steering, brakes all done. Only thing waiting is rust and a respray. Before I do that I have to decide if I want to replace the one thing I don't like on this car, the mirrors.

They work fine and are both electrical. But they look out of place IMO, and when I park anywhere they often get pushed to a new position. I'd like some with a fixed housing.

Question 1: Any suggestions, would prefer something that looks like it could have been mounted in 1978?
Question 2: Are all electrical mirrors wired the same, so I can use the joysticks I have? The joysticks are mounted on the inner door panels, and will not be removed.
