Joe, I got the part from MIE Maserati parts, a reproduction that also necessitates changing the outer tie rod, fits my Longchamp with ZF steering and Quattroporte III. It cost $333, very very expensive, but I guess we have to be grateful that somebody still bothers to reproduce these things to keep our cars running. Try contacting them.

If not, Roger Brotton in the UK is parting out a Longchamp, but that will be a worn part obviously.
Joe, check the thread size of the steering rod. You might get lucky and be able to do what the Pantera guys do- substitute female heim joints on the steering rods along with tapered/straight-thread studs used for dirt track racing. The tapered end of the stud goes into the tapered hole in the steering arm and the straight thread takes the heim along with a lock-nut & washers. Along with a pair of neoprene heim-seals, all this replaces stock tie rod ends and also allows easy adjustment of bump-steer in the suspension. Heims are $15 each, the special stud is $5.95 ea and seals are $6 for 6. Lifespan is roughly the same as ungreased tire rod ends.
