If I had the cash I'd be on this one... But instead, because I haven't, while mooching around the net I found this Facebook ad. I have no connection, I don't know if its still available, or if its a scam. Its an up to date ad it looks like a bargain. Florida apparently.

Body looks good, but I think there's some work to do here, $85k isn't a screaming deal IMO. It was also listed Dec 2021 and all comments are 3 months old at least.
