Lower steering shaft (hollow) wanted

I’m looking for the lower steering shaft, hollow oblong in good condition… Somebody drilled a hole in mine…

Weld it up- its only mild steel. 15 minutes with a gas welder and 15 more minutes with a file will be easier & cheaper than finding and swapping the shaft. BTW, the hole does little to reduce shaft strength.
