I guess the 5-0 and the goose are hers, she claims them. Oddly enough she seems to be the most excited about getting it. She's talking about learning to drive the manual transmission! How much were synchros and a clutch again?

I think that's about it for me. I got the '73L that's my play car. We bought the pushbutton and the goose out of passion for the marquee and as collector/investments. The Deauville and Longchamp don't really interest me and the Vallelunga is out of my price range.

Sounds like paradise to me, earthquakes or not.

On the goose are the four headlights early or late?

Four headlights are on the early model cars. The late have two pop up headlights. There's a lever next to the gear shift that lifts the light housings. I believe that they are cable acutated.

All very cool but where are you going to get enough garage space? I don't know about you, but it's doubtful my wife would give up her parking space.

The wife gave up her parking space when the pushbutton came home. I've ordered a 4 post lift to fit the 2 cats and the mongoose inside. I'm lucky to have my wife, she's resigned herself to the fact that her Lexus sleeps in the driveway. I use the "Jedi mind trick" on my wife that I learned from watching Star Wars to get away with this stuff!
