I have a set of air horns behind the passenger side head lights. An electric air pump and two air horns. The pump was made in Italy. Does anyone know if these came stock with the car?

Those are stock and would be your "country" horns!
Literature points out that the Mangusta came equipped with Town and Country horns!
You should have a two position switch up on the dash that controls which one you are using!
City horn sounds like something from the Roadrunner cartoon.....air horns are the only way to fly!!!!
Check all your electrical connections up in the wheel well area before calling them bad.....! You can test them with your shop air hose too...... Compressor needs a GOOD 12V before it will honk 'em!

Just drop me an email or PM and I'll give you your options!
PS: These horns are made by FIAM and you can still purchase almost the identical horns and compressor from Kragens and others!!! But the originals should still work just fine...... sometimes it just takes blowing some shop air into them to get them convinced that they need to make noise again!!!
