There is no provision to place that info in the heading of a post, like a box that I can check. I agree with you about the value of making this data part of the data displayed for each poster, thus it is on my "to do" list to ask about this . But at this point I'm still working-out the fine details of art work & navigation. I'll get to it. There may be some way to do this with style sheet or HTML coding. No guarantees however.
In the mean time, notice that a poster's name is highlighted in dark blue font, indicating it is a link. If you click on the poster's name it takes you to their profile page, and the location data can be viewed there.
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
