My ZF Is Stiff !!

I know this topic probabally has been covered numerous times. I am a new pantera owner and could use some advice. It is stiff going into every gear and reverse grinds. Forget about trying to shift fast. It seems I have to pull hard or push hard to slip her in. The car has been sitting for about 15 years if that has any bearing.
Ant advice where to start would be appreciated.

I would start with your linkage from back to front, clean and oil the shifter box inside the car at the trunion bearing under the driver side header on the frame rail.
