You know I am the body shop! I have set up my wire feed with a big bottle of "mix" and very fine .023 wire. I guess I'm going to have to bite the bullet. I'm just not exactly sure how to approach it. Maybe I should cut some peices of construction paper to the sizes I need, I have a short matal brake to fold the pinch weld at the rear. I cut and weld in panels for newer cars, maybe I just need to be inspired! Confused
You know, I think Julian gave me the inspiration I needed. "Why don't you hire a good body shop?" Mad You just don't know how bad I hate to cut my car. Mark, Thankfully I had a solid customer base before I built and moved. I can keep up with the work by myself and son, wifey. I don't want to have to deal with "employes" Ive picked up a few newbies, and I'm still the cheapest around too.

Yes I know Bill, no offence was intended and it was meant to be a gentle push.

But surely unless you find an early whole decklid and are willing to lay down the $$ for it, that's excatly what you've got to do?
