The photo shows a RH piece.
As built,they are side-specific. But the only difference is the location of the holes for the roll pin. Easily re-drilled as needed.
With the RH photo as reference, viewed from the end, with the 'arm' at 9 o'clock, the holes are roughly at 10 and 4 o'clock.
On the LH piece, with the 'arm' at 9 o'clock, the holes would be roughly at 2 and 8 o'clock.

Common belief is the Pantera door handle buckets, pull handles and square lock plates, while using Fiat keys, were specific for the Pantera. This little part may or may not be unique to the Pantera, but I suspect it is.

The part I am referring to is the gray pot metal piece with the arm that has the ball on it.
