If this is the car I think it is, it was for sale in the LA area a couple of years ago, I met a buyer from Europe at the dealership and looked it over with him. If memory serves me, the blower was installed by Dennis Quella. Dennis may have the info you want.

The buyer's employer was relocating him to the South East US (Georgia?), and as far as I know, he purchased the car and is the current owner.

Doug Herbert was selling 9340 back in november 2006, after driving it only for 300 miles, one of the questions I had asked him was: What model Vortech supercharger does it have? so i can look up proper calibration specifics. He did not have the answer, neither was he aware if the car had a Methanol controller.
PM me for his cell phone # but goes back to that era.
The reason I ask is because I have a Paxton Novi 2000 which I think would be a better sized blower for the engine for street use. That vortech no doubt looks like either an X or XX Trim, you have to spin them hard to get into their efficiency range, more of a race blower. That motor could have made way more power especially with methanol. The only drawback to that setup would be changing belts, trans would have to come out.

Was thinking of getting one of those new SFI quicktime bellhousings for the ZF to cutup for the belt slots. Now I just need to know how the clutch pulley was cut.

Thanks for the info guys, will try calling Dennis Monday if he's the one who built it. I'll see if that number still works you have mic if Dennis doesn't have info.
I looked at this for a short while and still think you can run a centrifugal blower off the front of the engine if you get creative with the alternator (mount & run off axle) or at worst run the blower off a short jackshaft ala Mangusta.

That rear belt setup always looks a bit Mickey Mouse to me.

How was the Magnacharger setup run that was popular on Pantera's at one time?
