I'm gonna need a bigger fuel line and I don't really want to cut a hole in my tank. What are these connectors on top? How can I make one bigger?

The one being pointed to is the tank's vent. You need that one (unless you want to decrease the size and shape of the tank
). The other one is the sending unit for the fuel gauge. The one by your thumb (that is you, isn't it? 
) should be the fuel pick-up for an early tank. A banjo fitting would have been attached there, but the dip tube inside the tank could have come loose. Does your tank have a drain plug on the bottom? If so, you can use that port for more fuel.

No plug in bottom. That;s what I thought about the top fittings. My hand. Thanks JB.. My tube is still there and I have the banjo fitting. I believe I'm gonna need 3\8 to feed the fuel pump for my 408.. ?
wilkinson sells a sending unit with a larger pickup built into it. then you just plug the hole where the pickup is now, unless you going to FI, then you use that as a return.

I recieved the new pickup. It is only about 5/16. I told Steve... He said don't worry about it. I figured I would use both pickups. I'll be feeding the pump with 1/2 inch line. This should keep it well fed!

The down side of your setup may be the existing tube inside the tank. Mine had holes in it which allowed air into the fuel pump.
Thanks Husker, I've been through that, I changed 3 fuel pumps before I found the air leak on a 55 Crown Vic. My existing tube looks great. The new one from Wilkinson is ...well new. I made a new heat shield too. Only 1 layer of Al.
