Hi,
Does anyone know how to remove the needle on the Veglia speedo? I'm trying to swap out the face but the needle won't budge from the post.

They usually pull straight off fairly easily.
It will be somewhat delicate so be careful.

To remove the glass, there are a few tabs that need to be pried up on the back side of the chrome trim ring. You probably don't want to do it more than once or twice or you risk having the tabs break off.
The use of a fork , as Simon states, is a great idea but make sure not to exert too much pressure on the gauge face. It is thin aluminum and can be damaged or scratched easily.

Glass was easy. No luck with the needle. Will try again tomorrow. It has been tinkered with in the past so not sure of someone glued it on.
