My humble opinion I don't believe this is intake or exhaust related.

At if you look at the end, this shows the rev limiter kicking in around 5500. Everything on mine is much flatter. It apears yours is really more set up for hp to be made at rpm. I know some of the guys will chime in here in a minut but there are 3 things I would be suspicius of:
1. Needing more power from the ignition
2. Valves loosing it at rpm
3. Fuel flow unable to keep up.
Those are my thoughts maybe the guys can rule some out or help you to rule some out.

Did you set up the engine/ ignition? Are you sure you don't have a rev limiter chip in it?

Rapier, Looks like you ran out of cam, or floated valves... I'm still no expert
I think some of the dyno's read the data a little different then others. Some are going to show up more smoothly in the graph.

Hmmm it look's very similar to Art's dyno run.
I've changed a few bits since (fuel pump, manifold, plug leads).
As soon as I've fixed the brakes I'm going for another dyno run.

I installed the MSD 6-AL box. I am using a 6500 rpm chip.

I haven't followed all this thread, but do you have an electric choke? If so, it cannot be fed off of the ignition circuit for the draw has been known to act as a rev limiter at around 5200-5500 rpm.
I'm pretty sure you would be aware of this, but thought I'd toss it out.

I had forgotton about that. I did have an electric choke up until about a month ago, but it wasn't wired up. I have since removed the choke and had the choke horn milled off.
