NEW FORD GT SOLD FOR $500K!

FYI,

The first Ford GT that will be available to the public (serial number 10) was auctioned off tonight at the Christie's auction in Pebble Beach. It sold for $500,000! Jay Leno was in attendance and drove a GT prototype up the auction ramp before bidding began. They had expected bidding to reach $180K but when it opened at $200K and flew from there the crowd was applauding with each bid. I kind of have to wonder what the others will go for now that this one commanded so much. Anyway I had a chance to sit in the prototype and it really felt good.... Kinda like a Pantera, and there was lot's of legroom for tall people like me.
