my turn signal /horn /dimmer stalk was shot so i purchased one from ebay the german guy the connector is different so i am wiring my old one in my question is the old one has an extra wire white w blue stripe along w the plain white does anyone know what this wire is for and what i should do with it?

the extra wire is for the driver lights , used on Euro GTS , GT5 and GT5-s

You could be talking about the Hi-Beam flash for passing. It's a kool feature, wire it in to Hi-Beams it has a return spring.
I used the flash to pass function on my reproduction switch to control two driving lights that I have wired as DRL‘s.

square Carello lights under the bumpers fro Euro GTS or mounted into front spoiler from GT5-S, GT5 use an other style lights into the front spoiler .
