Two observations:

1. More people going back to original bits. Where it doesn't cause reliability issues, I applaud.

2. No photo! Would love to see these.

I did both of what you're doing, by getting upgraded seats (from a talented but gruff Herrig) and the OEMs redone. Might turn the 'vette redos into office chairs one day.

If you applaud originality, than why are the Vette seats still in your car?

You are well under 6 ft. so headroom with the OEM seats is certainly not the issue! Wink

I can stand up in my seats and headroom isnt' the issue! Pure laziness for not taking the Panteravette seats out... yet.

Good thing I don't have your seats with Houdini's Underwater Shackle Trick belts, I'd have to live in the car.
