Sure is a lot of aging on those NOS wheels. Seems odd to have only 3/7 photos of the actual wheels and the rest are of tire labels. I'd have a large shot of both sides of each wheel if I was trying to maximize my price, but I'm sure someone in Europe will think those are a stonking deal and jump all over them in no time. Or maybe not, who knows. It will be fun to see what happens.
I addressed the comment from Mark on my listing with up close photos. The tires are remakes...not OLD, acquired from Roger Krause racing, Castro Valley, CA. They are only available through two vendors that I know of in the US. This is an amazing set, not junk like you are portraying! Just FYI! Last couple sets have sold for well over $10k. This is the best set in existence.....

I think it was smart to add more photos. Larger images in good light will always do the best job of showing off quality products. I guess eBay limits how many images you can show, but I would want to see a good evenly-lit shot of the front and back of each wheel. The tires look awesome and I see you clarified the listing to convey they are new to allay fears that they might have been old but un-used.

Are the wheel centers the original "raised" style, or are they reproductions?

BTW, I re-read my post twice and I don't see anywhere that I even implied (I certainly never stated) that the wheels or tires were "junk". Perhaps my definition of "NOS" wheels goes further than un-used, which might not be the norm, or fair.

In the end, the market will determine if you reach the minimum bid, and I wouldn't bet against it. If it does, I will install a bigger lock and some extra cameras in my garage.

Good luck!

I've heard much talk about that over the last few years but never seen evidence of wheels actually appearing. If you do, please share!

Mark, no offense taken, just acknowledging that YOURS is an opinion I have grown to trust and respect, so I did something about it, and also reinforce to you all that this wheel set is as stated. Mangusta experts will recognize that these are the REAL center caps, and while remakes may or may not materialize, most Mangusta folks are not as comfortable with 'fake' or 'replica' wheels, etc. as the Pantera folks are. And these wheels are real and here and now, and I do know the Mangusta market as good as anyone right now, as I have actually participated in it, in many ways. This is THE set to own, as the four are indeed brand new and perfect condition (I store them on pillows), and the one that sorta looks rashed is actually just rashed PAINT and the wheel is a near perfect addition to this particular set. I have other rears and I chose the BEST for this set. Thats it Big Grin
