I think the seller just accidentally included a photo from another car in his Pantera listing. There are a couple of photographs in the set that clearly show a normal front trunk.

Image 19 is Nutty. Must have slipped in a photo of another car.

Image 23 is odd. An exhaust crossover pipe with a wastegate connection?

There is another Pantera here in Southern AZ with an exhaust crossover.

This car is running a Fontana engine block, and I believe the exhaust setup was done by Quella. Not sure if this is the same configuration or not - a quick look back at the Craigslist ad convinces me the configurations are NOT the same.

Steve, that front-engine Pantera is a fiberglas bodied replica made in the '80s in a N. Cal shop that runs a tube frame and a 427 medium riser Fe engine. Built for drag racing with a 4 speed trans and a solid rear end- no springs. Once belonged to a friend of mine- lost in a divorce.
