Nice video, looks like a lot of fun. Car looks and sounds great.
That levitating hood would drive me crazy, though!

The levitating hood drove me crazy just watching the video. Outside of allowing a little more hot air to escape which could be done with a fixed amount of lift via bolts, what possible purpose could a bouncing hood that could fly off at any moment serve? Otherwise, looks like a great car.
Guys, the hood levitating was not done on purpose. While Le Mans Classic was our first race with the car, we did not have any problem during testing / qualifying, and the hood stayed in place. But during the race for some reasons, it popped off. It was a shock while driving to see that hood levitating, but after a moment we realized it would not go anywhere, just levivating a bit (and help cooling :-)). So we kept on racing.
It always depends on the perspective.
The cooling factor is given as long as the hinges keeping the hood more or less in place. But may you should double check the locks next time :-)
