Pantera #5796 - Firemist Orange paint

#5796 belongs to a former member of our forum named Chris. It was restored in 2008 and painted a stunning firemist orange color. The car has a Don Byars built 533 cubic inch big block Ford V8 exhausting via 180 degree headers.

The car is currently being auctioned on eBay. I thought the color was unusual enough to warrant capturing it here for future reference. So I ripped a few of the pictures off eBay.

VERY nice car. Love that color. In fact I was very close picking a similar color for mine that is currently ready for the paintbooth. I wanted the Corvette color "Atomic Orange" for it at first, but decided to go for Ford "Laser Red/Candy Red" instead. Seeing this, almost makes me go for the Atomic Orange again *LOL* - It's a beauty !!!
