Because 17' rims are not historic correct...

You'll need to stick with period correct 15' wheels, and keep that in mind when shopping for brake parts too! :-)

For our Histocup it is ok :-) We are able to drive with those wheels.

Aha, non-historical historical races...

That for sure adds some options brake wise.

Most of the pantera parts vendors do offer upgrade kits at reasonable prices.

1982 Pantera have 17 Inch wheels :-)
is there anybody who have experience in a "race-proven" Set breaks for 17 Inch Wheels?

I think I read somewhere that Brembos like from an Evo 9 would fit, but could be wrong.

Hmmmm Nobody who drive big breaks ? Or Change something and sell me his old ones ??

Hall pantera, PI motorsports, precision performance, SACC restorations, etc... they all offer brake kits. If you want to shop for period correct ones - BG development.

I have looked and found out that I have 4 Piston Grilling Breaks. All say that they are not so bad for the front- some say that they are good enough to go to a race track with them. Is it right that the standart Grilling Front break is only a 2 Piston break ? If I drive with the 4 Piston Grilling break callipers , what break discs should I take ? What about vented Mustang breaks ? I read about them, but my english is not so perfect , so I only understand the half ? is it possible to use the Mustang break discs ? If yes what should I buy ? Thank you verry much for your help!

If you are running the 4 Piston Girling (stock) calipers (Front Calipers), Porterfield makes their R4S (Street) or R4 (Racing) compound pads.

These pads are about $139 USD for a set.
