I have a mint Indian Chief, 1948 model that I would like to trade. I would like a Pantera of early vintage, of like quality. This bike is one that I have owned for 17 years, and it is a consistant show winner. There is nothing that needs to be done. It has Bonneville cams, which it was ordered with, solo seat and original Indian spot lights. The rims are original Kelsey/Hayes, but the spokes are now the correct size stainless. The paint is black, the numbers match, and it has the original center stand and jiffy stand as well. The bike is perfect and would want a car of like condition. It has a value of 36k and would cost more to do as this has been done, if you could still find a matching # bike. I am realistic on values, but want to trade even. Time to move the stable around.
