When I asked the same question of previous customers the answers were all positive.
Dave and Linda seem to have a good rep in the Pantera community. If they have been in business for a while this in itself is a good indication.
Talk to them and see if you get along . . .

Many people believe the club PI and the business PI Motorsports are the same.
Actually Dave & Linda started PIM, but then sold controlling interest to Sackett (sp ?).
They are treated as seperate companies, and Dave and Linda don't have any say over day-to-day operations of PIM, as I understand it.
I've bought a few off-the-shelf parts from PIM without "issues". Like any business or Pantera vendor, there will be some customers that are not happy.
(I could tell you a long and terrible story, about another vendor, but I won't.)
It is HOW the vendor resolves the issues that shows their true colors.
I'll leave it to other customers to add their 2,000 Lira about PIM.
