I'm a bit annoyed that my newly painted pop up lights scrape the paint when going up and down. Of course it's my own fault, I've assembled it and adjusted it. But the first time I did use the pop ups, no scraping, so why now? Did a bit of adjusting today, it helped, but when they're down, they don't fit in the middle anymore.
Had another thought. Maybe it's time to get the modern 4 light low profile upgrade. It'll reduce the risk of scraping the paint and give better light. I know we've discussed this before, but I know the vendors constantly come up with new and improved stuff for us. So, who sells new headlights that meet these criteria:
-Low profile, preferably horizontal when in use
-Bolt on, no cutting. Or at least no repainting
-Use orig wiring, no fancy relays and transformers that will fail and leave me stranded in the dark
-E-marked for legality in Europe
-Cheap
Anybody have such headlights, and some pictures?
Thanks
