PPC Campagnolo/Kodiak Repros

I have heard very good things about the quality and overall satisfaction with Kodiak wheels. Can anyone weigh in on the Campy wheels that PPC is selling? I like the original look for my narrow-bodied '74 and at $2350, the price is a steal at almost $1000 less than the Pantera East or PI wheels (17x9 and 17x11). As I recall, the tires that PPC is providing are NOT PS2's. That may account for the price diff. Thoughts?

In my opinion quality is excellent on Kodiak's wheels, the issue has been getting hold of them in a timely manner. If Larry (I presume you were referring to PPC, Reno?) has them in stock finally you shoudl grab them while you can, it took 2 years for Kodiak to complete the order. You can probably also order them minus tires if preferred.
