What does it cost to fill up your DeTomaso? Last time I was very low on fuel in the Longchamp, I managed to squeeze 100.02 liters into it, at DKK 13.61. That's DKK 1361=$237. Any higher?

Not even close.
If I did the conversion correctly you are at $2.34 CAN/Lt.
Right now I'm at $1.04 for regular and $1.22 for premium
Even close to bone dry I've never been able to get more than $80 into the pantera.

About $3.65/gallon (+/- $.96/liter) for 93 octane here in southern NH.
110 octane race gas:
At the track: 26 gallons @ $8.63/gallon = $224.38
On the street (from the local speed shop): 26 gallons @ $10/gallon = $260

That high compression must help your mpg though?
I intentionally built my 408 inch motor at 10/1 comp.It runs great on 93 octane, until I turn it off. I have to bog it down with the clutch in gear or it runs on . No way I'm burning race gas. 75$ fillups here. Bill 1362
Here in Perth, Western Australia we pay around $1.50 per litre for 98 octane pump fuel.
My Cleveland has 11.1 compression & hasn’t missed a beat on this stuff, no pre-ignition at all.
We have 92, 95 & 98 octane on pump here at nearly all service stations.
I have in the past mixed up a home brew of fuel using 98 octane as a base, + 20% Toluene, 10% Acetone & a dash of R40 castor oil.
(must be careful not to splash it on the paintwork).
Really makes the engine come alive & the smell of the Castor oil is glorious !

in New Zealand we are about $1.76usd/ litre.
someone will have to do the math for litres to us gallons.ok 3.785 litres to a us gallon so so the devils number per gallon over here. $6.66us / gallon.is the tank. 21 gallons if so we are $174.88 us to fill here in New Zealand with 98 octane gas.

In UK for 21 us gals of 95ron at 1.6 exchange rate gives $168ish
