I don't know anything about it, but it's been for sale for 7 years. Ask if he's got the replacement parts. What does 'complete' mean? How bad is the repairable damage. It may have been advertized even longer than 7 years....
Good luck, I never even contacted him. I was gonna offer $10,000 and show him a certified check in his name, so ask him his name and write it down. That'll get his attention. And you can have anouther $1,000 in your sock, as he walks you back out to your car. That's how I've done it in the past!
Hope it's in fair shape and you know some people with talent who can help you.... Could be a real nice car with low miles and no rust at all, with a pushed in front bumper, I don't know.
