I am building new headlight buckets for my quad headlight kits so you do not have to cut your originals. I have a proto type set ready with a set of 60mm halo ringed Hella quads. The bucket tops are loose so you can install the bucket bottom and adjust it for clearance and they just set bond the lid in the perfect position within the fender opening.

The 60mm set open 3.75"/9.52mm. You can remove your original buckets, install the new set, and have the tops painted separate and bond them finished.

The complete set with new buckets, tops, and lights will run 1449.00.

This first prototype set complete is being offered for 1000.00 total.

If you are interested, please send a note to my amerisport@gmail.com email address.

Thank you.

Kirk

That does include both buckets and the light kit which is wholesaled in this offer at 700.00 making the buckets 300.00 which is less that my real cost.

Here is shot of the 90s installed with stock buckets.

If you are interested in just a set of lights, I am going to post an

"Election yahoo or boohoo sale"

until November 11th. Either way is goes you can celebrate or ease the pain by adding something new and fun to your girl.(Pantera)

Nice work (as usual) Kirk. I think it is a great idea to make new buckets as well so those less inclined to cut their originals can do a swap out (unless I misunderstood that). I paid $700 for a spare set of buckets years ago so your price seems very reasonable on that basis. If I hadn't already installed your first generation lights I'd be ordering them.

The 60s are ECE and DOT both. The Halo rings I build the mounting plate and are attached separate.

I would sell just the mounting plates, bezels, wiring, halo rings and hardware but will need to add a #12 tap to the kit.

The 90s are not ECE so it would be better for you to buy the local. I can provide the ECE lights---cost will be better for you locally. The lights do require some modifications to fit---I can detail the procedure for you.

Here is a shot of the 90s kit.

Kirk, not saying it's overpriced, not at all, I just can't remember when I last had the lights up, so cost/benefit for me is too high.

Missed this Mikael. No worries---it is difficult to write a response to explain details in a way that can get perceived as maybe defensive sorry.

If you do little night driving, any cost may not be worth it.

If you do allot of night driving needing to see well with the far better lights the quads provide and do not want to cut your original buckets, the 1400.00 is a bargain since new steel buckets alone are 950.00 each---OOO the humanity!

No worries again Mikael.

These are sold anyway.
They are composite and built specific for quad lights. The lower lip that flies the stock opening is not on the bucket and the bonding lips around the top will be internal.

They are high quality and will work well with either size of my lights. Although welding the stock bucket face's back together is not a major project, I am certain the repair costs will dwarf my replacement bucket cost and you can tell the buyer your original ones are in perfect shape.
Steve,

Yes with the round openings. The rings are 71.00 (includes shipping) for all 4 including the mounting rings which are laser cut aluminum. You mount them to your 60mm bulbs and wire to your markers or the corresponding headlight bulb---your call.

I have them in stock--if you would like a set, please let me know at amerisport@gmail.com

Thanks Steve.
