Nice! I was sweating throughout that drive. Rear end came out on him on a number of those turns. Brave soul. Nice collection of other racers lined up along the road once he crossed the finish line. Looks like a fun event.

Nice job, I would have loved to do a ride along but this is the next best thing.

Never shifted out of 3rd.

We all know that the passenger's seat is 10 MPH faster than the driver's seat but in that case it would be about 50 MPH faster .. if I were riding he'd need to clean the seat after I left. I'm a very poor rider.

I thought the racing was nice, I loved the course, the driver did well under the conditions. The Clevo was not being wound-out, I can't say why. The car's gearing/tire combination did not seem optimal.

That was pretty cool!!
Cant say that I would want to run that course in those conditions. Not even a virtual course with those conditions.

There is also a still shot of a yellow/black one at 21:50. And a Goose around 20:50 under the tents. For some reason the road looks alot drier in the video (and fewer umbrellas). Multiple runs?

Wow! Thanks for posting that. Looks like a fun thing to do. Can't say I've ever driven or ever even seen anyone drive a Pantera in 1st gear for so long. Can't imagine that was the fastest way around. Especially in the early wet parts. But I guess he knows what he's doing.

It's amazing what a difference a dry track makes....

I almost cheered when the Pantera finally made it out of first - the Goose was a gear taller the whole track when you compare the two runs.
