Rear brake caliper torque

Had a whinning noise in the rear end, turns out both lower bolts on the rear brake calipers are loose even with the metal tabs bent over top. Just wondering if anyone knows the stock torque setting for these bolts.

Front = 50 to 55 ft lbs.
Rear = 35 to 40 ft lbs.

Maybe there was some debris between the caliper and the mount ?
