Greetings all!

Reallized after trip to Vegas this year that I SERIOUSLY need some new shocks out back!!!

Originals are deCarbon, supposedly gas! These may be rebuildable, but have no idea where to get kits to do so.... ideas?

I do have a KONI number from way back, but doubt seriously if they would be in stock.

Anyone that has done this, please respond back with any hints, problems, issues, vendors, etc, that you had doing this to your car. I'm certain that others can use this info too!!! If not now, probably real soon!!!

Thanks,
Steve

OK!
Found that Carerra makes shocks that will work for the Goose!!! Basically, they are Pantera shocks, with 25# less spring rate, and smaller adaptors for the attachment bolts! Piece of cake!

Available in chrome or regular painted. I ended up with the chrome somehow, and if I was to do it again, I'd get the painted ones and repaint the body green and the spring yellow as the originals!

Get the special wrench for adjusting the coil over design, and also, I added two bump stop spacers per shock, as the Goose has no other suspension limiter in it! No sense risking bottoming out on the bellhousing!

Contact me directly for more info!
