I saw the discussion on Uprights and CV joint conversion in this brake upgrade thread.

....and found this part of the thread to be interesting. Thought I'd invite a discussion about Upright and CV joint upgrades to see what board members are up to in this regard. Anyone?

Kelly,

I was leaning towards the Mark Williams Ent. CV joint conversion .. I bought the axles and their kit seems to be compatible with stock components .. so you can use the axles with the stock UJ's and then upgrade to their CV joints and tub axles in the Trans. Although its in their paper catalog ..I dont find it on their web site. Always had success with their products in the race cars, excellent company to deal with.

No doubt Williams makes some nice stuff. When it comes to Panteras, I like the Williams Pantera Axles. Nice pieces from forged blanks at a fair price for what they are. I'm running them in my car.

As far as the rest of their Pantera Conversion, the 930 CV companion flanges to replace the u-joint flange on the rear upright, 28 spline shafts, and the rest of their conversion is a bit over the top price-wise. It can all be sourced for a fraction of their offering price.
