Red Paint Code and Formula

I'm having a devil of a time locating the paint formula for the red used on a 1972 Pantera.

I understand the modern paint code number, rather than the one in the manual from 1972, is PT007. Can anyone confirm that?

I also need to find out the formula associated with that code. Any help out there with that one?

I would say your computer has an aversion to Mike Drew's highly informative "Pantera Place" web page or it did not like the PDF extension in the address. Try here then click on Paint chart (PDF).

I found those numbers pretty useless when searching for the correct orange. Fortunately I had enough fresh paint the body shop could match it, but if you don't have some original, good luck.
