Red white and green

Should I or should'nt I keep these parts?

- How to remove the starter over ride switch? is this switch needed? I don't see it on many Panteras(green arrow)

- Is this of any use? what does it do? (red arrow)

- Can these 2 wires be unplugged and repluged in the water bottles black Lucas fittings? (white arrows)

Thanks Husker, I'll use the tester to see if was a replacement unit, ...yes they are the reservoir hoses. I don't know the purpose of the starter override usage, can someone clarify the use and or necessity of this device please.
