David Jachobsen (owner) sure doesn't know much about how the headlights work, though.....

"Elvis Presley was known to shoot at his when it wouldn't start...." (implied that he regularly did this....)

"It's hard to find one of these in good working condition, so it will be a real treat to take one out..."

Nice video of some track time.....

"It takes all your wits and strength to keep it under control...."

She was very positive about the car. Overall, it was a good review.
Michelle remarked several times about the lack of power steering to the car.
Interesting.

First it was the air conditioning that was resisted. I have to presume that the brakes were made power by "suspension of disbelief" by Detomaso and Ford's insistance?

Lack of power steering? How unknowledgeable, insulting and typically American Detomaso must have thought? Power steering with rack and pinion? Peasants!

Frankly I can't remember the Pantera ever being a "Chick" car?
It isn't even a chick magnet for me. Something about the gorilla driving the car?

Fine with me. Let her drive her Boxster?

Incidentally...the Fiesta electric power steering unit fits the car like it was made for it. Wink
