Greetings Everyone,

I finally got around to creating a spreadsheet to compare our pre-packaged kits that are now online and available for ordering at http://pantera.saccrestoration...akes-brake-kits.html . As most people know, these are only our pre-packaged kits. We are more than happy to create a brake kit to your specific needs and preferences.

Here is a quick reference chart of our kits. I have also attached a PDF of the same data so you can zoom in and maybe view a clearer version.

Included here is the very popular and affordable Pantera Rear Caliper Upgrade kit that is currently on sale for an introductory price of only $499.95.

Take care, Scott and Chris

That was a very nice and easy-to-understand-kind-of-list. I´m thinking about a full set for street and to fit under the original Campagnolos. That 1995 USD set still uses the original rear calibers for hand brake, right? What´s the price and what will be different, if willing to get rid of those original rear calibers?

Yes, the 12 inch Pantera Performance Brake Kit has an optional bracket kit that allows you to retain your original rear Calipers for use as a hand brake.

The new 4 piston calipers mount to the front side ears of the upright and the original rear calipers get moved outward a bit to fit the new rotors. The cost for the Parking Brake Install Kit is $99.95. I can also provide a diagram with dimensions if you wanted to save the $99.95 and make your own hand brake brackets.

The only downside of the hand brake kit for the 12 inch rotor is you have to modify the stock caliper slightly to clear one of the mounting bolts because the caliper doesn’t move out all that much. For the 13 inch brake kit is isn’t an issue. I can supply the hand brake install instructions if need be, to clear up any remaining questions about how it is installed.

I believe I may have misinterpreted your question. Our kit prices are WITHOUT a hand brake. We supply a bracket kit for $99.95, for those that want to save money, so they can re-use the stock rear caliper for a hand brake.

I believe there is a company that sells a mechanical parking brake for $550.00. I think it is IPSCO or something like that.
