I got the same message and I have been talking to him for a little while now. It is funny how serious this scammer is, I saw on another site that he was 24 in 2012 and now he is 17. Wow I thought Benjamin Button is the only one that aged backwards hmmm.....I told him to send me $5,000 in advanced and if not I will contact authorities. I bet I will never hear back from him.
