Does anyone know how to use the photos published here (the Panteras not the girls)as screen savers?

Do you mean set the picture as your desk top background?
Set the cursor on the picture, right click the mouse, the option to "set as background" should be listed in the pop up. Select that option.
If the picture is "tiled" or "stretched" out of proportion you will need to right click on the desk top background itself, select properties, select desktop, and under "position", select "center". Depending upon the size of the picture, the program will sometimes automatically tile or stretch the picture to make it fit your screen, and neither of those options will be what you want.
