seat tracks for 1974

Does anybody know where I can find new seat tracks, need help!!! My seats are out and I can't seem to figure out how to remove the old rubber sliders.

It's been awhile since I did mine, but I believe they're held in by bending over the sides of the track. I pulled mine by straightening out the bend. The vendors have upgraded replacements (SS?)
