I'd fire an e-mail to Mark at IPSCO. If he made them for Hall, he'd still have the program. I believe he used to sell them too but his version had the DeTomaso "I" machined into the top instead of a recess for a round logo.

I sent an email to Mark and he replied that he did at one time make them, he doesn’t have any on hand and he says he does not intend to make any. 😕

I talked to her and they are not in stock. She’s been getting requests and she is considering having them retooled but nothing definite.
