Hey everyone,

SEMA was cool this year, but didn't seem to have the excitement of last year. The halls seemed as full as usual (it isn't like there were empty spaces), but there wasn't as much sizzle as I remember in previous years.

Also, I didn't see random groups of hot chicks marching around in company gear taking pictures with slobbering dudes. Overall there seemed to be fewer booth bunnies too.

I always enjoy the show, but I can only see so many Mustangs and new Challengers before I just get jaded. After a while I started saying "hey look, they have one of the new Challengers" in a sarcastic voice.

I can't imagine the "huge wheel" trend is going to continue much longer, especially with the current economy.

It was strange to see the new Camaro at SEMA two years in a row without ever seeing them on the road.

The car that jumped out at me was the Hyundai Genesis. It really looked great, and there are shots of three of them (along with 150ish other shots) in the link below.

Here are the pics.

Are you asking about that weird all-metal widebody Porsche with no tail lights? I didn't like it, but it looked like they were doing some nice work. Not sure what they were selling exactly.

Somehow I completely missed the Mustang Mach III. Never saw it.
