Spreader-bar torque?

When installaing an adjustable spreader-bar, how should it be tightened? Specific torque value? I'm going in for an alignment and want to make sure the bar is correct before hand. Thanks

I was told with the back of the car jacked up wheels off the ground just get snug and add another quarter turn. You really don't want to overtighten it. make sure it is spreading the bar and not pulling it in.
