how are the roads down there at the moment? ours took a beating over the winter this year and they are terrible ! not to mention we have way too much snow still ! car looks good !!

The roads here are more or less terrible year round.
No snow or ice right now but all the winter gravel is still covering everything. The city will start sweeping mid April but it takes a couple of months to get all the roads swept.
I can never wait till June which is why my paint looks the way it does. Bummer.

Might do some carbon cleaning this afternoon.
Have to check out if the stuff I did to the car over winter actually works.

We have to get out for a rip sometime soon. I'm having serious withdrawl symptoms.

You bet, Doug. I was seriously tempted to take her out on the highway yesterday, but the streets in our community are a mess. Too much gravel.

Well, I got off my butt and took care of my coolant leaks. One from a fan control switch in the rad and the other from the heater control valve under the dash. Had to make sure everything was leak free and convinced myself the only was to do this properly was to go for a blast down the highway

After almost 6 months off the road for winter, one forgets just how much fun this thing can be.

Dam I love this car.

I went out last night for a run . Ran a lot better after filling up with fresh gas. what a blast. Still can't here any thing.

Amen, brother. No one logs as much road time as you do ... which means, of course, that you win!

Well, I got inspired by you guys and decided to sweep the dust out of the garage. Thankfully it's hard to see how much dust is actually on the cars in this shot, but we're still a few weeks (minimum) away from having salt-free roads and no snow.

It sure was nice to hear the rumble again!

Dust on a white car??? Impossible!

OK. This weekend I decided to get serious and sweep the ENTIRE garage floor. Of course that meant dragging out some even more dusty objects.



And yes, after I look at this grouping I DO pinch myself and give thanks for how fortunate I have been to have the opportunities that have enabled this.

Sweep the garage???? I gave up on that sort of manual labor years ago....... I use the leaf blower now! You do have a great collection Mark!
